The vest is knitted flat, bottom up, and it is seamed in both sides and shoulders.
To make the weight on the vest light, it is knitted with a larger size on the needles than usual for this kind of yarn. That make the fabric very flexible.
The story about Vest, Aktiv
Aud B’s husband asked her to make a vest he could use when training in cold weather. Then it would have to be light-weighted. Aud B chose to use rather thick needles to this type of yarn to keep the weight down, and to make an insulating air layer. And here it is!
